BoC Pay 推廣之條款及細則


  1. 推廣期由2020年11月10日至12月9日(包括首尾兩日,以交易日期計算)(下稱「推廣期」)。
  2. 本推廣只適用於BoC Pay流動應用程式,即透過BoC Pay流動應用程式之二維碼支付。客戶必須於BoC Pay流動應用程式成功綁定於香港發行並印有標誌的中銀雙幣信用卡及/或智能賬戶及/或註冊支付賬戶(下稱「BoC Pay」)。
  3. 於推廣期內,客戶於健康工房全線香港分店(不包括元朗一田、屯門一田及太古誠品分店)(下稱「參與商戶」)透過BoC Pay作單一簽賬淨額滿HK$40(下稱「合資格簽賬」),即享HK$10現金折扣優惠(下稱「優惠」)。
  4. 「合資格簽賬」指扣除所有折扣及現金券/禮券後之零售簽賬。
  5. 每位客戶每日只限獲享優惠一次。本推廣優惠設名額限制,共15,000個名額,先到先得,額滿即止。
  6. 客戶須於付款前向參與商戶的收銀員事先表明使用本推廣優惠及出示BoC Pay流動應用程式之付款版面,方可獲享此優惠。
  7. 優惠以單一合資格簽賬淨額計算,所有分拆簽賬的交易均不可享此優惠。
  8. 除特別註明外,優惠不可與其他優惠、商戶/會員優惠、優惠券、折扣及禮券同時使用。優惠無現金價值,不可兌換現金、其他貨品、服務或折扣,亦不可轉讓。
  9. 所有取消/退款/偽造/未誌賬的交易,均不會計算在簽賬金額內,中國銀行(香港)有限公司(下稱「中銀香港」)及/或中銀信用卡(國際)有限公司(下稱「卡公司」)保留從客戶有關信用卡/智能賬戶/支付賬戶直接扣除相關優惠折扣金額而毋須另行通知。
  10. 參與商戶分店地址可到其官方網頁查閱。
  11. 客戶需自行支付使用及/或下載中銀香港流動應用程式所產生的相關數據費用。
  12. 請透過官方軟件應用商店或中銀香港網頁下載中銀香港流動應用程式,並注意搜尋的識別字樣。
  13. 瀏覽人士使用中銀香港流動應用程式即表示同意中銀香港於流動應用程式不時所載之免責聲明及政策。
  14. BoC Pay流動應用程式操作系統要求:iOS(11.0或以上版本)及Andriod(6.0或以上版本)。
  15. 除有關客戶、參與商戶、中銀香港及/或卡公司以外,並無其他人士有權按《合約(第三者權利)條例》強制執行本條款及細則的任何條文,或享有本條款及細則的任何條文下的利益。
  16. 中銀香港及/或卡公司並非參與商戶提供的貨品或其服務的供應商。客戶如對參與商戶提供的貨品或其服務有任何查詢或投訴,請直接與參與商戶聯絡。中銀香港及/或卡公司並不會對參與商戶及/或其供應商提供的貨品或服務作出任何保證,或對於使用其貨品或服務時所構成的後果負責 。
  17. 中銀香港及/或卡公司及參與商戶保留更改、暫停或取消本推廣或修訂本條款及細則之酌情權。
  18. 上述產品、服務與優惠受有關條款約束,詳情請向參與商戶查詢。
  19. 如有任何爭議,中銀香港及/或卡公司及參與商戶對所有事宜及爭議保留最終決定權。
  20. 如本條款及細則的中、英文版有所差異,一概以中文版為準。

Terms and Conditions of “HK$10 Instant Cash Discount at HealthWorks” (the “Promotion”)

  1. The Promotion is valid from 10th November to 9th December 2020 (both dates inclusive based on the transaction dates) (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. The Promotion is only applicable to BoC Pay which refers to QR Code payments made with the BoC Pay mobile app. The customer must successfully bind the BoC Pay mobile app with an BOC Dual Currency Credit Card issued in Hong Kong bearing the logo and/or Smart Account and/or register the Payment Account (the “BoC Pay”).
  3. The HK$10 instant cash discount (the “Offer”) is only applicable to customers who conduct any single net spending amount of HK$40 or above at any HealthWorks in Hong Kong excluded Tuen Mun YATA, Yeun Long YATA & Taikoo Eslite stores (“the Participating Merchant”) via BoC Pay (“the Eligible Transaction”) during the Promotion Period.
  4. Eligible Transaction is the final amount payable after deducting the value of any cash coupon /gift voucher used when making a retail purchase.
  5. Each customer can only enjoy the Offer once per day. The Offer is subject to limited quotas and available on a first-come-first-served basis while quotas last. The total number of limited quotas is 15,000.
  6. To enjoy the Offer, the customer must state the intention to use the Offer in advance and present the BoC Pay payment screen to the cashier of the Participating Merchant before settling payment.
  7. Offer is based on single net spending and not eligible for any split transactions.
  8. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, merchant/member benefits, coupons, discounts and gift certificates. Offer carries no money value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, services or discounts, and are non-transferable.
  9. Any cancelled/refunded/falsified/unposted transactions are not counted as eligible transactions. Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (“BOCHK”) and/or BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd (the “Company”) reserve the right to debit the relevant Credit Card/Smart Account/Payment account with the amount equivalent to the value of the Offer without prior notice to the customer.

  11. Customers are responsible for the data charges of using and/or downloading BOCHK Mobile Application imposed by their service providers.
  12. Please download BOCHK Mobile Application from official application stores or BOCHK website, and ensure the search wording is correct.
  13. By using BOCHK Mobile Application, the viewer agrees to be bound by the content of the disclaimer as it may be amended by BOCHK from time to time and posted on BOCHK Mobile Application.
  14. Recommended Operating Systems for the BoC Pay app: iOS (11.0 or above) and Android (6.0 or above).
  15. No person other than the customer, the Participating Merchant, BOCHK and/or the Company will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
  16. BOCHK and/or the Company are not the providers of the goods and the services of the Participating Merchant. Any enquires or disputes of the goods and the services should be directed to the Participating Merchant. BOCHK and/or the Company do not guarantee and accept no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the goods and services provided by the Participating Merchant and/or its suppliers.
  17. BOCHK and/or the Company and the Participating Merchant reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate the Offer or its terms and conditions at their sole discretion.
  18. The above products, services and offers are subject to the respective terms and conditions, please enquire with the Participating Merchant for details.
  19. BOCHK and/or the Company and the Participating Merchant reserve the right of final decision on all matters and disputes.
  20. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
